    Melinda brings a steady, clinical approach to facial rejuvenation. Her work includes dermal filler, neurotoxin, PRP, and PRFM treatments, biostimulatos, and thread lifts. She focuses on subtle, natural-looking refinements that support long-term confidence and balanced harmony.

    As a CIDESCO-certified esthetician, she specializes in DiamondGlow and a wide range or treatment modalities. Her sessions are known for precise technique and customized plans that help clients maintain smooth, radiant skin.

    Ryan is a licensed esthetician and Decatur native who provides lash, brow, and makeup services. She also offers advanced skincare services including facials, derma planing, DiamondGlow, micro needling, and laser hair removal. With experience in both medical esthetics and salon environments, she is known for providing results-driven services that help her clients feel confident and look their best.

    Jennifer is a valued member of our team. She has over 20 years of experience in health care office administration and has been with our practice for 10 years. Jennifer is wonderful with our patients and manages our VIP membership Program along with most of the Allé services
